99 Albert Street office fitout

Naylor Love refurbished 6,300m² of commercial office space over seven levels for the SkyCity Entertainment Group at 99 Albert Street, both for their own use and for let.

We stripped back the dated 1980’s offices to their bones and transformed them into contemporary spaces, with board rooms, break-out spaces, canteens and open plan flexible office space, all completed to a high specification. Finishes within the spaces varied from typical suspended ceiling and carpet tile to industrial-look exposed ceilings with services on show and polished concrete floors.

We replaced the building services and upgraded the passive fire integrity to meet current standards.

The project was essentially a live environment site, with occupied floors above and below our works. We completed noisy works out of hours and our team worked closely with other contractors and building users to minimise disruption.
